In this context, it's only natural for a person to procrastinate; a major obstacle to one's productivity during the day. the main goal of this article is to understand procrastination and to provide strategies and solutions to deal with it. Procrastination can be defined as the voluntary delay of an intended action despite the knowledge that this delay may harm the individual in terms of task performance or feelings.
